Transformation in Denver with Bill Phillips

It's Monday and you better be off to a great start to your week!

Don't let anything get in the way of your workouts.

If you must, simply set the alarm 15 minutes early, get up, and pick your favorite Home Workout Revolution program.

Even if it's just 12 minutes, 8 minutes or even 4 minutes long, you'll boost your fitness and burn fat. Don't let anything get in your way...after all, you don't need ANY equipment.

Keep pushing and stay strong. I believe in you! You can make big changes with consistency. No excuses! Let's do this!

My week started off perfect with a great day in Denver walking around the Highlands neighborhood. Thousands of people out enjoying the day.

Then last night, while eating dinner in a restaurant, we "ran into" Bill and Shawn Phillips in Denver (& their mom!).

It gave me a few minutes to talk to Bill about Transformations & how to give you more support.

And he agreed about the power of social support.

I plan on dropping by one of his Transformation camps soon.

Here's a big tip:

Start by getting up 30 minutes earlier each day. Then try to find a 4-hour block each week (probably on the weekends) to work really hard on your business.

One of the coolest thing about bodyweight workouts is that it makes it easier to get out of bed and get started.

Not needing to pull out a ton of equipment was a game changer for me.
