Great to be back in Toronto. The absolute best time of year. The weather is great, and the eternal optimism of spring is in the air. The only better place to be would be the ol' farm, and I'm heading out there on Wednesday.
Perfect for crushing legs at the gym.
My #meathead training: Squats, box jumps, circuit of narrow squats-bulgarian split squats-DB RDl, and 3 sets of the ab wheel. Good times.
Now I'll be honest, my legs were already a tiny bit tired from Sunday's 4-minute workouts.. You can re-watch those workouts here

In that same video, Joel Marion gave out some brilliant tips on Carb-Cycling. If you missed it, you can still get his complete 5-step nutrition blueprint on how to create the body of your dreams PLUS a few of my 4-Minute Miracle workouts.
Today's Kickbutt Mindset Tips:
If something doesn’t feel right, get out before it is too late. Surround yourself with positive people. Get rid of the toxic ones in your life.
Same with bad habits. Once a habitual path is chosen, the rut gets deeper faster than it gets wider. Consistency only makes it worse. Discover the problem and power of habits here:

If you are trying to kick a bad habit, one tip is to try a new, healthier alternative every day. Breaking the bad habit 3 days in row is key.
Develop new, stronger habits that will allow us to reach our goals. Start by…1) Setting deadlines for your new positive habits. 2) Making small changes every day. 3) Preparing for those days when we feel like doing the opposite of what we should be doing. … You can do it. You can break free from your comfort zone. If you believe in yourself as much as I believe in you, you will succeed beyond your wildest dreams. It may not be easy, but you can and will do it. I’ll be right here with you every step of the way.
