Started a new 4 week program today. The workouts will be moderate for the intro week.
Today:
1A) Barbell Squat Jumps (with bar only)
1B) Low Box Squat
2A) Glute-Ham Raise
2B) Ball Plank
3A) High Step Up
3B) 1-leg Calf Raise
Now to go check out the dog scene in the Beaches.
Yesterday I tried playing around with the Jungle Gym XT I received from MonkeyBarGym.com but didn't have any place to hook it up...I'll have to take it to the gym.

For anything in life...If you want advanced results, you have to take advanced measures. Its not enough to give an ordinary effort if you want extraordinary results.
