My training today:

1) Stick-ups+Medball throw+cable external rotations warmup

2A) Handstand pushups (new record of 5)
2B) T-bar rows

3) Chinups

4) Decline Pushups

5A) Rear Delts
5B) Side Plank

Will you by chance be doing another mini-contest October-December? I have 5 weeks left on Ferruggia's program and planned to grab a TT Meatheads workout after that. Would love to use the contest as additional motivation.
