Monday bench press workout

Did a lot of walking on the weekend as well as taking some extra rest.

1) Floor Press (4x2) - 250

2) light snatch (3x3)

3) Bench (225 for reps) - 9, 1 more than last week

4a) front squat (3x8) - 175
4b) snatch BB row (3x10) - 175

5) 135 deadlift - 40,10

Just throwin that last one in there for fun,
