Two bad sleeps in a row have left a little tired. The night before last I was roused by a fire alarm, and last nite the dog decided to have a loud cleaning session at aboot 5 in the morning.
Oh well, you just suck it up and train.

3a) wide stance GM (3x8) - 150
3b) 1-leg RDL (3x8)
