This workout didn't go very well...I'm going to scrap this program and start something new on monday...
1) Squat clean (3x3)
2a) front squat (5x3)
2b) speed bench (8x3)
3a) good morning (3x12)
3b) pullup (6x6)
Tomorrow we are shooting some dvd material (putting the tt for fat loss workouts onto dvd).
That should kick my butt - doing all the workouts from the entire manual in 2 days,
