Had a good rib eye steak at STK Miami last night, fueling today's workout:
1A) Front Squat - 2 reps short of a PR... legs had it, but wrists did not!
2A) DB Reverse Lunge
2B) Leg Curl
Later today I'll go for another big walk around the water.
