Back Under the Bar in Tampa

After an easy day off yesterday, and some great family time with the Ballantyne's and Marion family, it was back to the gym today.

1A) Squat
1B) Box Jump
1C) Mobility

2A) Split Squat

Tomorrow is a MASSIVE upper body workout with a combination of a bench press workout and then I fly from Tampa to Toronto ... so yes, my arms will be tired.

LOL. I am so funniez!!!

Now let's get back to being serious with training...

... and let's get to work, no excuses!
