Punishing Lower Body Garage Gym Workout

Today's training was the lazy way out. So I made it tough as heck.

You see, it snowed overnight. And when it's cold and there's snow on the car, I get lazy and just train in the garage instead of going to the gym for barbell squats.

So that means I make myself train harder to make up for it.

Today's Session:

1A) KB Goblet Squat - 70x36 reps
1B) KB Swing - 4 sets of 70x12

2) DB Split Squat

3) DB RDL

4) DB Walking Lunge

Pretty sure the Goblet Squat was a personal best. Geez, I really hope so.

Next big workout is Friday with a deadlift session. On Sunday I head back to Denver for a couple of weeks.

Today's Kickbutt Mindset Tip:

Most people want you to remain in your comfort zone. They resist and hate change. They believe they are stuck and want you to remain stuck with them. You must not harbor any bitterness or resentment against those that try to hold you back. They know not what they do. Stay strong and never give up on what is important to you...even if that means a big step out of your comfort zone. Keep on pushing on.

Push to break free,

Craig Ballantyne, CTT

PS - Push yourself and believe in yourself.

Notice when you are tempted by self-rejection and fight it.
