Today's bodyweight (mostly) workout was done in the garage. Tomorrow will be off and then Saturday is a deadlift day. The glutes need another day off after the squat and lunges from Tuesday.

2B) Side Plank
3A) Band Pull
3B) Kneeling KB 1-Arm Overhead Press
3C) Ab Wheel
