Using this as motivation:
To create new habits, you must internalize the benefits of your actions. Don’t meditate because it is good for you. Meditate because it feels good. Don’t have difficult discussions out of obligation. Do so because you enjoy how the challenge makes you grow. Don’t exercise for health. Do so because it makes you feel great and gives you energy. Do your work because of how it makes you feel AND what it helps you become.
