Brain Dump Time!

Hey, before you leave work or go to bed, here's the #1 thing you need to do.

It's called a "Brain Dump."

Take out a sheet of paper.

Write down all the stressful and work-related thoughts racing through your mind.

Clear your head.

Leave all of those mind goblins on that paper.

Take the paper and put it in a drawer until tomorrow morning.

Next...

Take a deep breath... and relax.

Now you can go home to your family and be present for them... or you can drift off to sleep without worries.

That's the power of the Brain Dump.

It's like a "massage for your mind!"
