Really great workout in Denver today. For the last two days I've felt stronger and more energetic than I have in months. Not 100% sure why, but I have been great with nutrition and consistently sleeping 7.5 hours a night.

2A) Trap Bar DL - 2015-2016 Personal Best of 345x7
2B) Pushups
3A) Bench Press - 195x4x3
3B) More Trap Bar DL - 225 for a few high rep sets
Now for a 10 hour set at the ETR offices. Lots of great things coming to the TT and ETR world soon...
