Last day and workout in Toronto

Because sometimes you need an escalator in the get to the weight room. Helped though on the way down, because it was leg day.

Today's workout:
1A) Squat
1B) Box Jump

2A) Front Squat
2B) Good Morning

3A) Leg Curl
3B) Side Plank

Now to fly to Denver...good thing it wasn't upper body day or my arms would be really tired.
