Deadlifting and traveling

Yesterday's workout involved a Trap Bar (deadlifting bar that requires more work from your legs than your low back).

1A) Trap Bar Deadlift
1B) Long Jump

2) Hang Clean

3) Deadlift - 225 x 10 x 5 --- Every minute on the minute

4) Leg Curl

Then it was off to Toronto.

Thursday it's off to LAX for a 1-Day Mastermind session.

Sunday it's over to Denver for a week of Transformation Filming.

Then my first ever July 4th in the good ol' USA.

Today's Kickbutt Mindset Tip:
Overcome your resistance to getting the important things done. End procrastination once and for all.

"Extreme Productivity depends on control of self, environment-working conditions, others, time/priorities, and immunity to criticism. Always be asking yourself, 'Is this moving me towards my goals?' and "Where's the profit in this?" Be willing to buy time & productivity. Find people who are better than you at certain tasks & pay them to do it." - Dan Kennedy

Also...

"The greatest trap in life is not success or power, but self-rejection." – Henri J.M. Nouwen

Do not compare your scale weight, your bank account, your job, your car, your clothes, or your bench press against others.

There is only you. You now and you then. Point A and Point B. The path to progress.

Do not self-reject or self-destruct.

Instead, celebrate your journey of progress, getting better every day.

Accept yourself as is, for you are the only you there is - all while pushing yourself to progress, of course - and believing in yourself all the way.

Stay strong and never give up on what is important to YOU!

Be good,
