Bench Pressing and the $2000 Cheese Plate

My upper back feels amazing after yesterday's deadlift. Amazing in that it feels like a truck ran over it feeling. Good times.

I have a bit of soreness in my right lat, so I didn't do all of my lat moves today. Experimented with some new exercises and did some extra stretching for that area, instead.

Today's Meathead Upper Body Workout:

Stick up
Band Pull

1A) Bench Press
1B) Stretching

2A) DB Chest Press
2B) 1-Arm Landmine Rows

3A) Military Press
3B) Cable Abs

4A) Overhead Squat
4B) Dips

5A) Curls
5B) Triceps extensions

Also rode my bike to the gym for the first time this year. Fun times.

Today's Kickbutt Mindset Tips:
Want to make an impact? Pour your heart out. Be vulnerable. Build relationships. Worry about who listens, not who criticizes.

You have no valid excuse for not taking action. It's time to step up and leave your comfort zone. Quit hiding. The world needs the BIG you. Don't let your personal demons, your fear of failure & the unknown, hold you back any longer. No more procrastinating until everything is perfect. There's no better time than right now. Take action today.
