This week plan your days, be better prepared, know what you want to get done, and have 2 solutions for every obstacle in life. These action steps will help you fast track your success. Make those changes in 2012.
My training today: Ring rows, Military press, V-grip pulldowns, ring triceps extensions, dumbbell rows, and some meathead arms. Curls for the girls...who were all still apparently in bed because it was just dudes in the gym today.
I also put a client through a new variation of machine intervals...this will be a boredom breakthrough for many clients. Will share in a new TT program soon.
