Austin 24 Hour Fitness Workout

Just trained at the 24h Fitness up by UT here in Austin. It was a decent gym.

Hit the Barbell Squat, Split Squat, RDL, and Ab Wheel.

For a friend, I put them through the gauntlet of Goblet Squats-KB swings-Close stance goblet squats. One of my favorite finishers.

Also started my workout with foam rolling. How to do foam rolling - helpful video from Chris Lopez, Certified Turbulence Trainer


Was too busy for tacos yesterday...hopefully today I'll get to Torchys.

Just do it. It's less painful to do it than it is to sit around and think about it or feel guilty that you haven't started yet. Once you get started, things will get done.
