Workout
Total body workout #2 for the week.
A bit annoying in the gym, but eventually it cleared out.
1) Clean n Press (5x5) - just 155lbs
2) Chins (1xMax) - 2 more than last week - so progress being made
3a) GHR on ball with weight (3x10)
3b) BB row (3x8)
4a) Kneel Cable Crunch (3x15)
4b) EZ curl (3x8)
Not bad.
