Today I did some more mobility exercises in my workout from the Inside-Out Upper Body Warm-up DVD. It included T-pushups, some Dynamic PNF movements for the upper back, some foam rolling (of course), and some wall slides (what I call stickups).
Later I will do some more foam rolling for my lower body.
Listen, if you have chronic muscle tension and pain, or poor mobility, I strongly recommend picking up Mike Robertson and Bill Hartman's DVD called "Inside Out - Upper Body Warmup". Obviously, that's for the upper body. If you have lower body tightness, I think you'll need to get the Magnificant Mobility DVD.
