It's warmed up a little here in Canadia, in fact, it warmed up enough to train in the garage and even open up the garage door to use the TRX.
Today's Total Body Garage Training:
1A) KB Reverse Lunge
1B) KB 1-Arm Overhead Press
2A) Chinup
2B) Burpee-Chinup
3A) PowerBlock Curls
3B) TRX Triceps Extension
Great times.
Back to heavy lifting on Monday for deadlifts before I take off for a trip to Miami and a break from barbell training for several days. Going to be nice to be in warmer weather.
The Burpee-Chin combo is great for folks that can't do a lot of reps. And if you can't do ANY, this will help:
