Circuits vs. Cardio

You know it's a good workout when you're sweating up a storm in 45 degree Farenheit weather. Good times down here in Florida, with another great garage gym training session in the books.

Today was a big circuit. Well, a medium circuited repeated a big number of times.

1) Double KB Front Squat - 10 reps
2) KB Swing - 20 reps
3) MB Slam - 10 reps
4) Ab Wheel - 10 reps

10 rounds. About 25 minutes.

So much better than cardio...where you'll get no results, overuse injuries, and possibly die of a heart attack. Or at least I would. (I'll show you research next week on exactly what I mean...it's my favorite study of 2013.)
