Why You Should TRX

I'd be surprised if you haven't done this before.

And by this, I mean used a TRX or other Suspension Training device.

Here's why, according to Alwyn Cosgrove, you should consider a TRX or Jungle Gym:

"Those guys singlehandedly eliminated the stability ball from most gyms because there’s nothing that you can’t do better on a TRX than you were doing on a stability ball. It’s so versatile and it’s alive. Every rep is a slight adjustment and tweak. It becomes asymmetrical in nature with the loading. It’s the future of strength training."

Today's Kickbutt Mindset Tips:
You can’t change your genetics, but you can change your attitude, your persistence, your environment, the people you listen to and hang around with, and the things you do. You can change, so if you want to, just get started.

“When something happens, the only thing in your power is your attitude toward it; you can either accept it or resent it…It is not things that disturb us, but our interpretation of their significance.” – The Art of Living

Don't let your Little Limitations destroy your BIG SELF. Don't let short-term "keeping up on gossip or TV shows" get in the way of your long-term self-development and study. Don't let small time scarcity thinking get in the way of your big time abundance mentality. Choose your BIG SELF over the little limitations every time.
