Hotel Gym in Orlando

Down here in Orlando for a few days. Yesterday was an off day and lots of filming. Did some live videos for IG and FB that were fun.

Today was a total body session in the hotel gym, and it'll be back to front squats on the farm on Thursday. Flying home tomorrow.

Lunchtime session today:

1A) 1-Leg Squat
1B) Neutral Grip Pullup
1C) 1-Arm DB OH press

2A) Ball leg curl
2B) DB RDR
2C) Cable Abs

Block time for the important stuff on your calendar before the little stuff. Go to the experts and get help where you are struggling. Get up and work on your top priority as soon as possible. Life is so simple. Don't make it harder than it needs to be.
