Chef Gui and The Godfather and The Workouts

Just finished up a great weekend at Joel Marion's. He had 90 people over for his daughter's 5th birthday. One of the highlights was the cartoon artist, and he drew me up as the Godfather! Here I am with fitness guru, Dan Long.

I also hung out with Chef Gui and his wife. Chef Gui cooked for 90 people. He's amazing!!! But I also learned something...

Never stand beside Chef Gui ever again... he's too dang handsome!!!

Before the party I did a great deadlift workout, and also did a decent chest press session on Saturday (before a long walk and business talk with Joel on the beach... LOL, that sounds funnier than it was!).

Today I'm flying from Tampa to Denver for a 36 hour stay, followed with a business trip to Phoenix, Arizona with my good buddy, Bedros Keuilian.
