Surprising Squat Session

Great workout today. And that came after a day of tight hips and me thinking, "What the heck is going on?"

Maybe it was too much sitting, but Tuesday I was tight.

Fortunately, I had a great warm-up and better workout today.

Everything went as planned.

1A) Power Clean
1B) Mobility

2A) Squat
2B) Mobility

3A) Overhead Lunge
3B) Good Morning

4) More mobility

Tomorrow and Friday are off-days. Back over the bar on Saturday morning for deadlifts, then under the bar on Sunday morning before I head to Vegas for a speaking gig on Sunday afternoon.
