Sunday was a stressful travel day. It was off to Vegas from Denver for a speech on Monday afternoon at the Stansberry Research Investor's seminar. It's no Fitness Business Summit, that's for sure, but I'm amp'd to speak today.
And yes, I just used the word, "amp'd".
Even though it's not a word.
Before heading to the airport I hit the Denver gym for a Meathead Monday workout done on Sunday.
1a) Bench Press
1b) BB Row
2a) DB Close-Grip Incline
2b) Pull-up with Knee-up
That was it.
And today there was just yoga and a walk... down the Las Vegas strip at 6am to see all the people on their walk of shame home from the clubs. Yikes.

Today's Kickbutt Mindset:
If you fall off the wagon, cut your losses, don’t worry about it, get right back on track. Immediately. It’s minor damage you can deal with.
Now that's a classic.
