After an off day with little activity yesterday, it's time to head back for another TT S-P-D workout
Today I'll be doing five singles at 90% 1RM with squats. Also, there will be DB presses and snatch grip deadlifts. Pretty simple and straightforward.

"How do you target the quads?"
Answer:
It's not a training mindset I think many people should have. That said, great exercises would be:
Front squats, forward lunges, close-stance back squats, step-ups. All done with intention and focus to contract the muscle. Leg extensions also work, but is not the type of multi-muscle training I recommend.
Today's Kickbutt Mindset Tips:
You cannot re-write history. What has happened cannot be changed. But you can control your actions today, tomorrow, and every day forward. You can create your future. Make the right decisions, right now, with the right mindset, to get you on the right path to the right goals
It might not happen overnight, but if you continue to live by example – without preaching or being condescending – you can build an entourage of social support and people who want to be successful just like you.
