Cross Training Research

Every Sunday afternoon I receive a very special email.
It's from a free service called "Pubcrawler" that sends me the latest fat burning workout and nutrition research studies. I then spend hours each week going through these to bring you the latest findings via my workouts.
Earlier this summer, one shocking study caught my eye.
Researchers from the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research demonstrated that a Cross Training workout caused a 3.7% drop in bodyfat in only 10 weeks. So yes, it works. But...

The problem is, NINE of the 54 study participants had to QUIT because of "overuse injuries." Epic fail.
