So back in early December I was down in Emmaus, PA, at Men's Health filming workout videos for the 2008 Belly Off Program.

We actually stretched the original 4-week Bodyweight 500 program into an 8 week program...and each week I give you a "Rah-rah" pep talk. Its worth checking out the site for that alone...
We filmed them all back to back, ad-lib, no script. Some I did in one take, some required 4-5 takes. It really sucks to give a 2-minute speech and then screw up the closing, and half to do it all over again...
The week 1 video is kind of lame, but I become more animated each week. Watch, laugh, listen, learn, whatever. Enjoy!
