Good fun at today's bootcamp bodyweight workout.
By fun I mean pleasure-n-pain.
Because you know, it seemed like a good idea at the time (I'm referring to the final ladder superset).
Workout went like this:
1A) Prisoner Squat
1B) Spiderman Climb
2A) Sphinx Pushup
2B) Prisoner Lunge
2C) Iron Cross
3A) Jumping Jack 10-8-6-4-2
3B) Burpee 2-4-6-8-10
LOL.
