Toronto Hotel Gym Total Body Workout

Smooth travel day from Denver to Toronto. Spent the night at a hotel, got some great work done in the AM, and then hit the gym.

1A) DB Lunge
1B) Ab Wheel

2A) Pushups
2B) Row

3) Rower intervals

Now to head home to the farm and Bally the Dog.
