Then I had a big chocolately mess to deal with at the office. I ordered some Paleo Protein powder and protein bars, but the bag exploded in transit. A lot of clean up was needed, but on the bright side, my office smells like chocolate. I'm going to invent a chocolate air freshener. Keeps you alert!
Today's Kickbutt Mindset Tip:
Ritualize positive habits by completing them at the same time daily and reinforce them with a small reward. (This also works on children, spouses, and dogs...like this one...)
Meet the Easter Bally Bunny...always willing to help you out with your treats...too bad he's banned from chocolate (as all dogs are). But he always gets points for trying, though. And for wearing Grandma's scarf as a bandana. LOL.

Watch the movie of your life. See yourself as the main character, and judge the decisions you made. What did you do right? Where did you struggle with bad habits? Who did you spend time with? Are these the right people for your right life? Where did you waste time? What were your obstacles and temptations? How can you overcome them? Observe, learn, plan and prepare. Do more of what works and less of what doesn't. Use your review to modify your rules for life to make every decision easier, requiring less willpower, and giving you the structure you need for more freedom in life.
