Awesome workout today. It's been a while since I've trained, due to this weekend's surgery and preparation, so I was glad to let it rip on this one. Started off in the basement using the rafters to do pullups...
1A) Pullups
1B) Pushups
1C) Slamball Slams
- 5 rounds
2A) Floor Press
2B) Powerblock Row
2C) 1-Arm KB Overhead Press
- 4 rounds
3A) Powerblock Curl Rest-Pause Set
3B) TRX Triceps Extension
3C) DB Rear Delt Raise

I tend to agree with you. There will be days when we struggle to exercise, but then again I think we should never give up. Thank you very much for sharing this another great tips and exercise. I will certainly try this.
