I call this one the "Possibly Too Much" workout.
I did 45 minutes of hard training today and still didn't get through everything on the checklist.
So it was possibly too much. But we'll try again next week. It went like this:
1A) KB Front Squat
1B) Pullups
1C) KB Clean & Press
1D) Pullups
2A) KB Swings
2B) Pullups
2C) Long Jumps
2D) Light KB Snatches
3A) TRX Countdown Rows
3B) Pushups to Failure
Good times. Once you get through the first circuit, you can start to think clearly again, until round three of the 2nd circuit.
