3 ab exercises that will rip it up

I ripped apart my abs last week. They were really sore for 72 hours after doing these 3 exercises.
 
It started with a 3-minute max plank to pre-fatigue my six-pack. Next up was a killer ab superset of TRX standing fallouts and Power Wheel rollouts. Four rounds of 15 reps per movement left my abs rocked and rolled.
