Here's a fantastic quick workout for you that will energize you in just a few minutes so that you can get on with your busy day. It's another classic 12-minute workout for you using the www.HomeWorkoutRevolution.com System.
You have 2 minutes to do 35 bodyweight squats + 20 pushups
... and then you get to rest for the remainder of 2 minutes (should take about 75 seconds).
Do 6 rounds.
To make it easier, give yourself 3 minute rounds or do kneeling pushups.
BONUS Add-ons after the 12-minute workout:
a) 3 minutes of pullups or TRX rows
and
b) 4 rounds of KB swings supersetted with Power Wheel Rollouts.
Do your mobility before and stretching after as needed. Good times.
