Switched things up for this workout, starting off with Romanian Deadlifts. Don't know if I've ever done this before.
1A) RDL - 245x3x6
1B) OH Squat - 105x2x5
2A) BB Lunge - 95x2x8
2B) Plank-Side Plank Combo
3) Snatch-Grip Deadlift - 175x3x12
4A) Calf Raise on Leg Press - 2x15
4B) BB Reverse Curl - 2x8
Now to watch ManU and Celtic.
One more day till I head to England,
