Final week of TT 2K4, and today was Workout A, modified with a little extra bench pressing.
1A) Bench Press - 265x1, 280x1
1B) DB Rear Delt - 17.5x3x10
2A) Incline Bench - 195x2x6
2B) DB Row - 115x6,120x5
3A) DB Floor Press - 90x2x6
3B) BB Curl - 105x2x5
