Two workouts today and we filmed you a wicked mountain workout...we'll put that on video in late february
Ok, so workout number one was done at aboot 11am...we climbed mt manuganui (might be incorrect spelling but I'm too lazy to correct it). Its not a long climb - 20 minutes but we sprinted some intervals up some steps
Then we did watch a bit of the superbowl while having Monday afternoon lunch. Followed that up with a late afternoon surf session - that was workout 2.
Then we finished the day with seared tuna, tea, and vegetables. Fantastic.
National holiday here in new zealand tomorrow, and hopefully we'll hit more surf early tuesday.
