Puppy Power and Workouts

I got a new puppy on Sunday morning. She's a yellow lab named Daisy, and is having a snooze at the moment.

She's so affectionate that I think she has 10 hearts! :)  

I doubt I will be able to workout for a couple of days as she gets used to things and housebroken. So far it's been hit or miss!
