Yesterday's deadlift session left my rear delts with a little DOMS, so I did not do a lot of pressing today.
Started with an extra dog walk and then yoga. Followed that with some rows, arms, and abs. Tomorrow I travel and then I don't know when I'm going to have great workouts. :(

Be positive. Encourage others. Have a "Can-do" attitude. Provide solutions, not problems. Find a way to make it work.
