Easter Deadlifts and Meathead monday

Easter was great. The workout was the best part, and while the dinner experiment went a little off kilter, it was still a wonderful weekend (and we had killer weather).

Sunday Funday Deadlifts

1A) Hang Clean
1B) Mobility

2A) Heavy Deadlift
2B) Mobility

3A) Lighter Deadlift
3B) Abs

Then for dinner...Well...

Nothing says Ballantyne family Easter like lamb leg, good wine, and a giant bag of octopus 🐙. Fun Fact: Only 500 calories per bag'o'octopus.😉👏🇨🇦

It turned out rubbery, unfortunately (although the lamb was good).

And at least Bally the 🐶 liked it. 😁

Monday was a meathead pressing movement workout in the garage gym.

1A) DB Chest Press

2A) DB Close-Grip Incline Press
2B) Band Pull

3A) Triceps Extensions
3B) Upper Back rolling
