Deadlifts and Whole Foods

Good times. Then a long walk with my business partner around Washington Park in Denver, and lunch at Whole Foods (pulled pork, collard greens, kale, and broccoli).

It's always amazing how much junk is in the vegetables in the Whole Foods buffet. The ingredient list for vegetables shouldn't be 15 ingredients long. At least the steamed broccoli was just "Broccoli".
