Planning ahead helped me survive yesterday's travel WITHOUT plastic water bottles. The Austin airport also had one of those water bottle fountains. Good on them.
When I arrived in Denver, I went to Whole Foods. There's one water company, VOSS, that sells still water in glass bottles. So I stocked up.
Today was some pre-workout caffeine. It's also helped me get a LOT of writing done and I finished off a major project.
But still no alcohol. It's been over 40 days. Not even tempted.
Today's workout:
1A) Pause Chinups - new PB of 11
1B) Triceps Presses
1C) Cable Abs
1D) Face Pulls
Then bike intervals.
Today's Kickbutt Mindset Tips:
Face up to your struggles, tackle them head on, and overcome adversity every day. Whatever is in your way, you're stronger than it, you're tougher than it, and you're better than it. You're going to beat it. Persevere. Stay strong, get stronger, and finish strongest. Turn the bitter into better. And never, ever give up on what is important to you.
and
Stop before you say "YES" to another request, and think, "Is this right for you and them?" Too often you refuse to say "no" to anything. You end up with too many commitments to too many things and not enough time for the BIG items that matter in life. Don't hurt yourself to please others. Family first. Your health is second. Everything else comes after.
Do the right things,
