Ok, websites like MSN.com are getting ridiculous. Everywhere you look yoga is being promoted as the cure-all for EVERYTHING. I've seen easy yoga recommended for stress relief, stretchy-yoga recommended for fixing back pain, and "high-intensity" yoga recommended for weight loss.
The first two are a good idea, but if you want weight loss, you do NOT need an hour of yoga. You only need 4 minutes of my unique exercises, and we know - from research and experience with over 70,000 users around the world - that these 4-minute workouts are better than yoga, cardio, and other fitness infomercial products if you want to lose fat and get fit FAST.
In the time it takes someone to drive down to their local yoga studio, roll out your expensive mat, light your incense, do your stretches, say your mantras, meditate, and finish with a soothing tea, you could do a better cross-training, fat-burning workout at home without a single piece of equipment.
