Flight workout

Early morning writing, early morning workout. Off to Toronto from Tampa today. Treated myself to a modified Meathead session in the humid AM.

2B) Farmer Walk

It's going to be a slow flight home, my arms are already tired. :)

Thx for article. I'm also the big fan of TRX workouts. But the problem with suspension training is that there are very few good workouts on the internet for this great piece of equipment. I've found this cool videos that I use in my daily routine www.99suspensiontraining.com
