Holy was it hot out yesterday...so hot, that water was dripping from the ceiling onto the squat rack...right where we were working out...
Trained with a buddy again yesterday, and we did...
1A) Front Squats (worked up to a 2RM, and 20 pound increase from last workout, so good results)
1B) Storytelling/Jokes
2A) Barbell Lunges
2B) Glute Ham Raise on the Stability Ball
3) Standing Cable Pullovers (I really like this exercise for the abs)
