Your Cholesterol Levels & Other Blood Measures

How funny are those cholesterol drug ads?

They tout the benefits and then give you an "Oh, by the way, side effects include upset stomach, diarrhea, weakened muscles, etc.", and if you're really lucky and you start bleeding and getting sick, they throw in that "it might be wise if you see your doctor".

You: "Hey Doc, these pills are making me sick."
Doc: "Then stop taking them."
You: "Hey Doc, I also have high cholesterol."
Doc: "Then take these pills."

The 3 Stooges couldn't have done it any better.

Now I'm not telling you to stop taking your medication, no way. What I want to talk about is living your life to avoid medication.

That's why it is essential that you take care of your not only your physique, but your heath as well.

Last year, when I turned 30, I decided to take my own advice.

What I mean is, I took my own advice that I give to all men over 30, and that is to have my blood tested for cholesterol and other health indicators.

And check it I did. Not only did I have the generic tests done, but I also had my C-Reactive Protein, Testosterone, and Hemoglobin-A1C levels analyzed so that I could get as much information about my health as I could. And that's what I recommend to you as well.

If you're an overworked, overweight, under-exercised parent of a young family, or even if your kids are in college but you want to see them get married and have kids and live happily ever after, then I urge you to check out this article and then take the necessary steps to determine your health status.

Take care of yourself,

CB

P.S. Going on Vacation? Going to miss your workouts?

There are hundreds of bodyweight exercises that you can do anytime, anywhere. You don't have to miss workouts if you're on vacation, or if you traveling for work.

I can't recommend enough the 6-Month Bodyweight manual for your workouts.

And the TT for Athletes 8-week manual is another all bodyweight workout. This comes as a BONUS with the 6-Month manual, or you can pick it up on your own here.
